Jackie Chen Thai plays a young buskin and Kung Fu fanatic; problem is, is that he is not much of a fighter and gets bullied all the time. Enter Sam the Seed, a dirty old' bastard who happens to be a master at Kung Fu. He takes pity on poor Jackie and along with his top student turns him into a fighting machine, and just in time. The bad guys, led by Bolo Yeung, are coming! The lines are drawn, and it's the showdown we've been waiting for - Jackie vs. Bolo. The Fearless Master was action directed by the team that brought you such Kung Fu classics as "Snake in the Monkey's Shadow", also John Chang guest stars.

When the main character looks like he's half starved. Still some pretty decent action. And in this movie at least they didn't kill off the pretty girl. Beyond that I don't think I want to give to many spoilers.
