Chu San Kuan is the "rascal" he was the 1st to help the Li sisters. Bad guys are called The Eight Strangers & 4 Devils. Chen Chi Jen is the other hero. "Shaman Gong" comment er and the DESCRIPTION sum up the movie both very well. Some subtitles are hard to read behind a white background but the rest make it understandable what is said or meant.

This is one of the better wuxia type films you'll see with the chivalrous code and ethics on the 'pearl of great price' (wisdom). Interesting spectrum of fantastic martial arts, psychic powers and healing skills. Good ending too where the knight is saved by his better, the godlike scholar.

Its a shame you can barely read the subtitles. White words with an often white or light-coloured background. Makes you wonder if anyone thought things through or watched the movie afterwards. It ruins much of the experience
