It's literally correct though. True damage xannot be mitigated. If you have 0 mr/armor to mitigate the damage with, it's actually just true damage

The keyword is anything here as even a warden with 0 magic resist wouldn't take the full amount of damage. Same goes for units with any items that reduce damage taken. True damage is dealing your damage with any damage modifier on your opponent being ineffective against your attack. (All resistance, all items, all traits) People forgetting that Brotherman baited everyone into running Shiv on Zoe as he thought it was "Takedowns" and not "Kills"
