The most annoying things to get for me: 1. The Steel Ginseng soak 2. The Horse Guai (Ma Tianbi) transformation. Didn't get it until new game plus. 3, The Tiger Tendon Belt curio...took forever to farm 4. The Auspicious Lannter. Missed it the first time. 5. Everything you get from Scorpion Lord. I fought him lost and decided I would come back to him later and made the mistake of fighting Duskveil...so I had to wait to New Game Plus to finish him. 6. The Bull Armor 7. The Dark Iron Staff

I missed the rat guy too, I wondered how to complete the pig quest so I was forced to look it up. It sucks that its over man, the game was super fun. You'll clean up those bosses in no time. 💪

For me, I'd farm out all the RNG items at the earliest chance i had. I'd just focus on the armor and seeds and then continue once i got them. Maybe 5-10hrs farming total my first run, and even then it wasnt bad at all. I also spent almost 2 mo ths on my first run so i never felt like i was pausing to grind. Only had the weapon and armor trophies left for NG+ so it was pure zoned out enjoyment once i finished the rng shit

Nah u get the same boss fight if u kill the father u get some kinda meat to drop in the pit to get the 1st brother. The only thing changes is a cutscene

I try'ed fighting pre patch hundred ayed daoist master, and he was a f*****g menace, high HP bar, weird hit boxes, and with second phase when he daploy a frinking domain expasion, that's lower your stamina bar to the same as from the start, and slowing Dodges, he became a catastrophe.

It took me 60 Hours on PC to get all Achievements, not that hard and the RNG part is like not much at all. Most of the stuff you collect in First Run through anyway.

Its not that much RNG ... Every Droppable item is easy to get, some minutes farming the drop is enough to give you the item! The most troublesome ones are the materials to craft and unlock the Bull Staff, thats why you need at least to get to the Secret Area in Chapter 05 during the Second Cycle to get the Platinum...

I think you misunderstand. I gave the platinum experience a low rating, the game is fantastic. The title is not bait, the trophies are randomly acquired. I've no intention of misleading. It's not my goal to say every game is "hard" or "torture" but when a game includes these drops, it feels terrible. I don't want the items handed to me, I want to earn them. Farming the same enemies repeatedly is not a good way to earn them. I'd like to do something challenging for them. I'm not reviewing the game, I'm merely stating my experience with it's platinum trophy. Hence the contradictory statements. Guess I'm the odd one out when it comes to the story, I've never even heard of Wukong or anything in Chinese Mythology since this game. But I guess I didn't pick up on all the lore the game offered. XD But everyone has their own opinion. 👍
