I have been playing a lot of wukong lately and from my experience bork is the best first item vs anyone who builds any HP items. Even more so since wukong has low damage and scaling but insane attack speed with E and Clone for applying the 9% current health. For second item either Eclipse for more Max health damage or profane.

Wu needs buffs for top lane his does no damage unless your using the grasp rune 20 sec CD on his clone is absolutely ridiculous and his should be converted to a normal dash vs on click.
