This was already dealt with 1000 times, but they way this port is situated, it's a straight shot to the bay, while these ships currently are going through a work area and a much smaller channel. 47 years and thousands of ships going under this bridge brings complacency. So, you don't understand something, and you say "Murica". Goofy liberal.

I understand needs to be open. but what about the dead bodies underwater still there. I would worry about them
