The opening monologue has some interesting history, about the origins of Crane Kung Fu in the 17th century during the Ming>Qing transition period. The style was developed by Wu Mei.

shot in the dark if anyone recently sees. but does anyone know its a old movie, i just remember the opening scene is of one clan offing a family and then reluctantly taking their child. Some point later you see the villain with a beeping belt that i think gave him strength to bend/break things. i can't find it
