All I did was press triangle and not interact with anything on the claim screen to get it, Didn't know others were having trouble so hopefully it's helpful

Same issue on PC if you're using a controller. If you don't have a mouse connected, you can't click that button. And my living room PC just happens to only have a controller connected to it.

This also happen when you play on PC using gamepad. there is no button to click or direct to the claim reward. Try use any device that can hover your cursor to the claim button

I hate to be "that guy" but I hope they fix this asap. I haven't bought the jinhsi skin yet and if I get screwed out of this sanhua skin cause of an absolutely ridiculous bug that I don't unskippable how they missed, I definitely won't be buying it. I really like this skin for sanhua.

Just create a mobile account and link it to your ps5 account. That's how u bypass whatever bug it is went back to my ps5 and it worked
