I, personally, am glad Verina is the way she is. It means that anyone, regardless of how lucky/unlucky they are just need to get her to fill the healer/buffer slot in their team. At the end of the day, this is a gacha game and RNG will find moments to be mean to you and not give you the characters you want. That all said, use who you feel like using and have fun! Don't let the meta dictate what your play style is. Good luck with your pulls, everyone!

Thank you. I feel like these vids are just an outlet to whine and complain. Verina is a good addition because, well, she heals. Anyone can have her, skill issue or not.

I wanna ask why mortefi is use compared to Aalto when Aalto amplify aero damage 23% and jihan is aero base?

Aalto is ironically the worst aero buffer I think lol. Only a 23% buff on outro vs 38% from other characters and provides nothing else of value from any of his wave bands. Mortefi boost heavy attacks by 38%, provides 20% attack to the entire team at S6, and has 17 seconds of off-field DPS. Jiyan, Jianxin, and Yangyang are all focused on using their heavy attacks in some form. Jiyans liberation makes all attacks heavy. Jianxin builds up gauge to use a very long charged attack. Yangyang builds up her gauge the fastest with heavy attacks as well.

Does the team scale vs higher level enemies and other bosses? I think Heron's not so bad with the 50% mark doing the aoe explosive feathers. Not sure how punishing other bosses are at HP thresholds. Nonetheless, is pretty cool to see unconventional teams. I somewhat wonder how good Verina is if you're swapping heaps too. Baizhi apparently has a more persistent buff with the heal set, as her heals happen periodically, where Verina's buff is on swap and heals mostly when she's on field.

Pretty much all wrong. Verina heals constantly, so she procs the rejuv set constantly. Verina also just needs 3 seconds field time to go from 0 to full concerto and pop everything and her outro lasts a whole 30 seconds which doesn't get removed on swap unlike every other outro buff, so she is basically the perfect character for any swap focussed team (which is... duh kind of every team) and all this is the reason why she is completely irreplacable rn, IF, big IF you care about optimizing your gameplay. If you want to push the lvl 90+100 encounters for 21+ crests >early< in the ToA, you will need Verina because those are hard dps checks and nothing else and no character provides as much damage as Verina (since her buff stacks with the other support outros, like mortefi/taoqi etc.)

Moral of the story is really: If you really REALLY need Verina in your team, there are some problems with how you gear your char or how efficient you can dodge/parry during fight. Her buff is nice and easy to use, but it is an extra utility, not necessity.

Facts. She is super easy to stick anywhere because she requires almost 0 investment to super buff a team. Lv.50 and grabbing her skill is all you have to do really. Plus I hate how her attacks put you in the air. I've died so many times because I air dodge and fall into the same attack I just dodged because I can't make it back to the ground.

@@BrixyXI Heck, even for a Jiyan/Mortefi team, I started using Yangyang with them since day3 as I really love Yangyang extra regen for my scuffed 0 regen echo rolls on Jiyan. Then I realized that wow, Yangyang's heavy is so fast that she can reliably trigger Jiyan's outro hit (Which isn't small at all, can crit upto 10k+) and is super fast in gaining Concerto to send regen for Jiyan. I followed that by monkey echo and cancel to Mortefi. It was so much more fun to play than with Verina, and I free up her slot to put Verina in other team where I am not yet comfortable playing.

@@BrixyXI Yeah agree on the air thing, and its not just her there so many animation with various character that does this intro outro skill put you in weird animation that you have to dash cancel or you simply cant because you are throw into the air.... so you are forced to plunge, pretty anoying

No you cant replace verina because verina IS synergy lol she literaly goes with everyone AND she is a healer so its universaly good. So unless we get a character that has self sustain or shield are a viable alternative or stuff like that, verina is just too versatile. There are some content where you can skip a healer and rush for full damage sort of but because of most damage are gated being outro skill and you cant stack because you cant swap out or you lose buffs, then we are fucked in term of synergy anyway, best we can do is probably having a mortefi that will off field dps + a booster like yinli or sanhua, stuff like that and then goes to your main dps and bam. But so far verina is top support

​@@elsrach if ur f2p, theres no other way than getting good at the game.. Besides a healer is useless if the enemy can literally 1 shot u...u just need echo buff which in my case i use baizhi, jianxin or yuanwu
