One thing I failed to mention, is that for echos that are leveled up they would just give a 5th of the total exp they would originally give just like if the echo was at level 0

We should all remember it’s just 1.0. Yall want to min max your characters when it’s just been 3 weeks guys. Trust me i hate getting bad substats and wish i could just keep leveling my echoes and keep trying to get a solid piece. But they already made echo farming almost unlimited (due to the daily reset/respawn of TDs). They listened and theyre already increasing tacet field drops and/or their drop rates which is crazy generous. I’m really happy about this change and i find this change reasonable. And they’ll increase echo drop rate when you hit data bank level 21. My only reservation is that, if they make echo min maxing too easy, it stops incentivizing players to actually farm and play the game which will be bad for game long-term. Too much generosity can kill a company. And also we should remember to touch some grass when we dont have upgrade mats anymore

The problem here is that they made it easy for you to get access to gold echoes, therefore expediting the need for min-maxing for players coming from other games with a similar system. At least in Genshin and HSR, access to higher gear is locked behind actual levels, so your equipment and game state scales together with your level. This echo system is so poorly planned in fact that there are literally blue and purple tuners which are rendered absolutely useless after having access to gold echoes because they cannot be transmuted into gold ones. Check your bag and tell me you don't have at least hundreds of those lower rarity tuners. While I agree that they should not make upgrading gear too easy so that players don't quit, they should also not make it so unbearable so as to not make players quit all the same. Do you know how many layers of RNG you have to go through to getting even a decent 3-cost echo? Much more than Genshin and HSR, and to top it all off, they only give you enough materials to level up said echo to barely lvl 15 and a single tune for 1/4 of your daily energy! We don't want the echo system to be easy, we just want it to be bearable.

Tuners are just too restricted right now. you only get 10 for 60 waveplates is enough to make me question my sanity.

while what you say is true, we already have tons and tons of people saying 4/4/1/1/1 is bad and only fo 4/3/3/1/1, they forgot to lock building echo at later stages than be able to start min maxing the moment you get everything done, and while they are lock(the gold one and everyone can experiment with purple, do stupid shit go full attck etc, and not feel attack by other for doing so) the FARM is just plan and simple STUPED, go to 239484 points to kill mobs to get for bank to be golden to get correct color so you get the correct STATS, at last make it like boss fields, where one place you have 10 mobs there and they spawn so you can just do it for 5-10 min and leave, it feels because is push faster and to make player stay and play, because the content is so small, they force that ideology, of hassle than fun. WHILE IS TRUE is 1.0, does not mean we can not critize a really rush game so not get competative.

Actually if people build their chracter faster thats a good thing the game can keep adding diffuicult and challging modes dungenos ...etc I dont want to spend all year building my chracter i wanna use it as fast as i can Genshin let us spending eternity farming with no end game content to use them even

agree ! there should be a simulation challenge to farm echoes exp and maybe tuning materials as well cuz im always out of those and they get wasted if the echo has shit substats lol

They sent me a player satisfaction survey yesterday and this was one of the issues I put in the free response section. I sent it, then checked social media to see if anyone else felt the same. I only found out then everyone is pretty united in this opinion. 😂 I have so many Echoes I need to check for stats, but the exp just isn't there to support the progression. It's not the grind that's the problem, it's the lack of resources. Someone on reddit made an interesting point: instead of not having enough experience, we got access to gold Echoes too soon. After a little thought, this actually makes sense. Rather than spend resources on rerolling gold stats, if the intention was for us to spend a little exp on purple Echoes while we waited to unlock gold Echoes, the lack of exp makes perfect sense. It's enough exp to level up "filler" Echoes until better options roll in, and by that time, one should have enough exp saved up for gold Echo farming. If that was the intention, then yeah, we definitely unlocked gold too soon. It's still bad game structure, but it's another way to look at how one could be spending resources right now (i.e. just settle for a good purple and wait for exp buffs in the next patch, fingers crossed)

Echo levelling up and tuning is pain and when it roles double defense on a crit rate set which took me hours to farm, augh, cant even use other echoes to level the one i want

I'm very lucky with these kind of stuff. I already have a perfect set so I have too many overflowing echo exp and tuners right now without even doing any tacet fields lol. I'm only missing a good set for Verina but well it doesn't even matter because she's just there.. Still waiting for 1.1 before I do tacet fields.

The echo exp is not a problem until and unless you train each echo to lv 25 because u can get ig 80% exp back from echo...but the scarcity is of premium tuners...the recycling gives only one third and 4 star tuners are literally useless at high union level....they gotta let us convert purple tuners to gold tuners

1250 EXP, even 500 EXP for using a single Echo as level up material would be absolute madness. Considering this game lets you grind Echoes endlessly realistically they couldn't give more than 10 EXP per Echo, 25 EXP if you're very generous. Kuro is absolute generous in letting us farm 5 star echoes this early and in letting us farm endlessly which makes main stat farming so much easier, which is an absolute pain in most other gacha games. In return they had to limit us in other ways. I don't mind a dedicated sealed tube domain, that's a perfectly reasonable thing to ask for but using echoes to level up? That just wouldn't work out.

The echoes system is not bad, the tuning however is dog sh*t, if they ever wanted to create a game with builds that have difference stat in it, they should have add cap to every existing stat so that after reach ing the requirements for a role, players can start focusing on other stats that match each character mechanic.

I was finally able to play wuwa without lag(at least not much) but I just feel kinda of bored? Idk, the story and characters don’t quite appeal to me, exploration is meh, it feel the same as genshin most of the time

The whole point of the video is about making it easier for people who cant no life😭. You need to level up your echos to progress regardless of min maxing otherwise you will get stuck and for progression there is not enough resources for this
