At this time, both Changli and Jinshi knew about Rover’s identity and awakening. (Probably thanks to Changli’s incredible information network) - They also knew that the Fractsidus was aiming for Jinzhou. So they devise an extensive plan in order to lure out and capture Scar, putting the Fractsidus into a stalemate. (0:41 - 1:00) - While Jinshi was enacting the plan, Changli cleans up the Fractsidus minions in the background. (1:11) - 3:02 “You already know the answer, don’t you?” Must mean that Changli also knew that Jinshi was determined to look for Jue in order to solve Jinzhou’s problems once and for all - 3:09 “And as for the most critical move… It’s already been made.” Must be referring to Rover, which once again confirmed that Changli already knew of Rover’s awakening All of this really shows the vital role of Changli in the background. It can be said that Jinzhou can smoothly overcome the Threnodian crisis thanks to the amount of information Changli provided and the work she had done behind the scene.
