@Reddcoin GroupDuh! there are Native peoples in mexico 2. They r of a different tribe(s). They have different customs and culture. The seperation of united states and mexico was created by the europeans. There r less than 300 miles separating the Pueblo people of new mexico and the Native people of mexico. A lot of southwest Natives and Mexican natives probably have some spanish blood in them.

Alot ov work goes into preparation for this dance. The men and women have to fast but the payoff is that they're not doing it for just us Hopis but the entire world. One ov my nieces/daughters took part in this a dance group like this so these always reminds ov her. Be happy and treat each other well.

That was profound. As a Christian, I initially believed my God was against everything, but now I realize that your God, our God, is the God. The energy and spirit of the people participating drew me here, and it's incredible. Before finding this video, I could feel your presence. Speaking about the tragic genocide our brother nations endured for the American story on my livestream, your spirit provided clarity. In that moment, I found the words without stuttering, and my thoughts seamlessly connected with what I was hearing. It's unbelievable! A three-year-old video somehow changed for me, and it felt like those in attendance here were aware of it. The spirit, the energy, the collective feeling grew stronger in me and in the crowd. Impossible! It's impossible to say that a video could somehow change, or that they knew they were communicating with someone in the future, knew me, and meant to speak to me. But our understanding is limited, and the God who created us in His image has made the impossible possible. I write this to ensure your generation doesn't forget the realness of these experiences, known by our ancestors. They knew the truth all along."

Just goes to show pagan religion well soon die out. I grew up tradional but now nominal Christian. I still know my language. Ever sense I started reading bible I got more fluent in Navajo. But public Ritauals weren’t really the main stay in navajo culture from what I remember.we just had a lot of ceremonies .never been to a ye’ii dance till I was in high school. Even squaw dance, never saw the actual horse riding or dancing we just usually went there socialized then ate then left, didn’t see any of the ritual. It was a really boring affair.

Kevin Tsosie people like you are cause to why the "Christian" faith is such a turn off. Your outlook on others shows how you carry yourself in this world. How do you explain how God put so many different cultures on this earth? Do not put down what you do not understand.

Shortyc 38 I was just telling my experience with Navajo religion. To be frank it felt like a waste of time. That’s just my opinion, if your offended that’s ur problem. And that’s what’s it says in the Bible doesn’t it? all pagan “ non Christian” religion well soon die out. Even look at head lines. A lot of drunks go to navajo dances, that statement in itself tells me something isn’t working.

I ran with Hopi EMS for eight years and some of these ceremonies I could sit in the ambulance on standby? No non-Hopi allowed!

I was watching a document about Natives from Brazil, the dances seem similar.... after all they do share a common gene and culture even tho they probably separated some 20 thousands years ago.

In our migrations we went to the 4 directions where the lands meet the water. That meant to the tip of what is now South America.. It is said some of the clans did not finish the migration as they liked the weather & availability of food & medicine there. So some stayed. They say there are still Hopi's in South America. Why you see a similarity.

Brother Divad!! You can put ad sense on your videos after 1,500 view. I call this to your attention, you can get paid ( AD Sense)for your viewship. I say this because, you are excelling at filming, this extra money could help you to by camera equipment for future videos. Thank You for honoring your family, and sharing you culture with us.

@@donminicbutte2987 That came from the pit not from God the Creator. U gotta disease in your heart. Your feet are already in Hell. This Hopi culture is magnificent and precious. U are blind, deaf and dumb.
