Susu!
In Khmer, it means encouragement to do your best.
“These are the words I wanted to leave with the children as I saw how despite the challenges in the school environment and their living conditions, the children were very studious and eager to learn, to build a better future for themselves," shared Felicia.
Felicia Chin, World Vision Singapore goodwill ambassador and child sponsor Jeffrey Xu visited World Vision's area programme located in the remote area of Kuleaen in northern Cambodia. They visited one of the most rudimentary schools they have ever seen. Due to the lack of protection from rain, floods and wind, children get wet in school or are not able to reach the school due to flash floods.
Together, we can play a part in supporting their education journey with better schooling resources through child sponsorship so that no child is left behind even in the most remote of villages.
Partner World Vision to bring life in all its fullness to children.
