We as a basketball program did not know what Pitt was bring to the court... Nobody prepared these guys , or they just don't care ... its going to be a long season when it comes to play teams with size , strength & Talent ... Kansas , Baylor , Texas Tech , UCF , Arizona ... I don't know ...

This game was a great learning experience early. Pitt made absolutely everything they shot. A few more games against tough teams will let us know what we have. Some of the observations in watching bad shooting and defensive breakdowns were not good so let’s hope they can address it and fix it. I like the guys. Coach is gonna have to find multiple guys to score because teams will take away Tuckers easy looks, and he’s gonna need to give some minutes to a big man to ruff things up underneath. Don’t understand the fouls we got called on.

1st half Pittsburgh couldnt miss WV couldnt hit broad side of the barn That was difference in the game. Second half scoring for both teams very even. Pitt 42 WV 40. Just cant have that long of an awful shooting 1st half an have any chance to win... Keep your chin up an keep practicing especially contested shots Its a must in practice. Anyone can make shots standing by your self Pracice relentless with contested shots Its a must to avoid losing many games. .Long season ahead. Lets go mountaineers...

If you look closely at the Pitt FB game, WVU should have won that game. Can't say Pitt was much better except for the last 4 minutes when we failed to manage a 10-point lead. Regarding BB, Pitt is better this season with its 6th year veteran HC along with a handful of players from last season. WVU had to completely rebuild its coaching staff and roster of players from a disastrous season, and it is still a work in progress. I am hoping that our "fall" is short-lived and temporary.
