Yes, I do that! I also now have a ton in the freezer as we made a of butter recently and I froze all the buttermilk!

I use ff Greek yogurt and unsweetened almond milk to make my ranch. I might get powdered buttermilk and and some for the flavor!

I agree, I use my immersion blender too. I also take a two cups of sauce out and reduce it down to make it thicker. I use this sauce for pizza. Love your recipes. A thousand thank you for your efforts.

Oh my, I have been looking for a banana but bread recipe for WW and now I can have one!! I alway go to starbuck abd get banana nut bread, but oh my goodness it's like 16 points!! Totally not worth it, I'm so glad you did a collab with JennsWWjourney!!

You may want to try Xanthan Gum to thicken. They sell it at the Amish Market. It is a natural thickener. I have some at home, but have never used it yet.

I also have the powdered buttermilk and tried it in that recipe, like you, and ended up just buying regular buttermilk again. I can't get it the right taste/consistency I like. I thought it had a strange flavor.

Everything looks great! Where do you find that reduced fat Cabot cheddar cheese? :) If you have a Walmart near you their reduced fat mozzarella points the same as Trader Joe’s :)
