Thanks! Some are original. Some are replicas. I get my German ones from Hessen antique. My russian one I get from a guy in Ukraine with no website 😂

Out of curiosity how has the Matrix/S&T/AGM MG42 been working out for you, i've heard that they're unreliable and parts have an alarming tendency to fall off. I would like one myself, but not sure i can justify sinking £600+ into weapon that may not work well. Great gameplay as well. The use of the whistle was epic, i'd certainly follow you into hell and back. 👍🙂

So yes parts do fall off like crazy. I've modded mine HEAVILY. 😂 So I removed the charge handle, front and rear sights for camera pic rail mount. Added a lower front pic mount for selfie cam, welded some pieces on that would come unscrewed (such as barrel replacement door and some parts on the magazine). The reason it falls apart is it's like the real one, lots of spring based parts, dust cover, barrel change door, etc. And it vibrates a lot as it's a pretty big piston. As for the internals, it's very reliable. I did upgrade mine by replacing the spring and a lot of the internals as well to be chonky and like thicccc 😂 and added an exterior battery off a RC car so it'll run about 15-20k shots on one battery charge. So if definitely changed it a LOT as I went along to make it what it is. Parts are very hard to come by though as no one mods them. Because there's no info on them. And thank you for the kind words! It means a lot! I love using the trench whistle. It's a very effective form of communication in airsoft with large groups when people don't have radios. I actually find airsoft is very similar to ww1 warfare. Very basic. Very close ranges. So those tactics tend to work well!

@@WormwoodActual It sounds like you're quite technically minded, I was impressed with what you managed to do in terms of welding and upgrades. 🙂 If anything i should be thanking you for inspiring me to finally start putting my ww2 german panzer uniform together. I bought one of the black panzer tunics (wraps) years ago, but never did anything with it, it's just been sat in my wardrobe all this time. It's going to be one of those things that I keep adding too as time goes on. Now that I'm doing airsoft I have a proper reason to finish it, I'm on your discord so I can put some pictures up soon. 🙂
