WW2 Chinese Officer’s Sword-Royal Restorations

Found this KMT officer’s sword in an antique store. The seller told me it was WW2/Warlord era. Though some where plain white or plated nickel, the sheath’s the green paint may have been indicative of a particular faction or unit. I decided to try to emulate it as best as possible. Most of the parts appear handmade.

parts of the sword were probably made in Europe since it is an overall western design and in the early modern era German manufactured sword blades were sold to various parts of the world
