That the Stukas were attacking landing crafts, which are hiding in lagoons in kuban

Now the Stukas (or Sturzkampflugzeuge) attacks the landingcrafts, which are taking cover in the laguna. The targets are barely to see. Translation by a german:D

minimum load was 20mm, 30mm was average. 37mm was OP. 6rounds per magazine, six shots per gun. wingman was crucial, as he was defenscless after about two or three salvos.

I still don't understand why the Nazi Germany administration couldn"t buy just wait, 10 DO-335's and then make them play in all propaganda movies...especially when each could probably host THREE 37 mm supersonic Flak/Pak cannons, with all the ammonitions. Like , US tacticians seeing that would probably have sewed their own pant right to surrendering...

they would only have about 12 on board when they take off. making them very sparesly used since they required a lot of skill and practice to he able to hit something with it. only skilled pilots were assigned to use the 38mms

The STUKA depicted in this video was flown by Oberst Hans Ulrich Rudel. HE was the most successful pilot in a ground fighting airplane of all times and afaik has the most sorties of ALL pilots of ALL time. At the end of the war, he flew with a festering amputated leg. When he surrendered to the American troops, some asshole war criminals stole his medals and decorations, but that was normal, considering that american troops are the worst looters of all times. He was admired by the English pilots though as his reputation was legendary and when he was transferred to an English POW camp, the English pilots looked to it that his wound was taken care of and they ordered an individual prothestic to be adapted to his leg. He was later involved in the development of the Faichild Thunderbolt II, "Warthog" as he was the most experienced ground fighter pilot of all times. He invented bomb dropping techniques with a flat trajectory so that the bomb bounced into the target, mostly russion tanks and vehicles. He was a soldier through and through and did personally more damge to communist Russia than all the combined American efforts after 1945!

A very advanced and successful pilot of all time indeed. Though a huge supporter of Nazism to the end of his days, he was honorable and crafty to say the least. I can't find much evidence of him lending any hands in the development of the Warhog outside of a mention of the developers being required to read his biography. I can not find any evidence of the invention of a flat trajectory bombing technique. So far the only evidence of any flat trajectory bombing techniques being adopted is in the case of the V.1 bomb in 1942 which was of the V rocket series. Definitely unrelated to ground attack planes. I can definitely say he did a lot of damage to Communist Russia but your claims are bold and if anyone wanted to they could easily debunk your statement of "He was a soldier through and through and did personally more damge to communist Russia than all the combined American efforts after 1945"... He did a lot of damage but he as one man did not do more damage even if you assume all of his kills to be the highest cost possible...
