After ww2 the dutch goverment orderd to interview everybody who worked for or supported the germans, so every dutchmen alive wo fought with germans and was captured by allies was interviewt, and those documents are in natinaal archief, in 2025 they gonna put all those documents online for public to see and study, so if he joined the germans next year it is possible to know. Verry cool relics u guys find

It looks more like a luggage tag than a military ID (“dog tag”).
