*To shed a little more light on the likes of Ciampa, I was told that NXT contracts don't include videogame appearances as standard and that it's up to individuals to agree terms with 2K, however much like Andrade Cein Almas last year, Ciampa and Nikki Cross were unable to agree terms and this lead to their absence from WWE 2K19.* Additionally, in regards to Hall of Fame contracts, these Legends deals include the option to appear in up to 2 videogames, however 2K have an option to extend for a 3rd year.

Yep, Earthquake and Yoko are my two favorite to have in these games and both impossible to create properly in CAS mode. Thankfully with modding the PC version, it's not too hard to import prior characters into the newer game. Definitely buying on PC due to how much fun I had with the modding possibilities the last several years.

Don't worry, the community creations will allow us to download caws of anyone that's missing. The only people that lose out are Ciampa, Cross, and Foley (etc) themselves. Better to get some money from appearing in the games than nothing at all. They aren't going to stop their fans from using them in matches.

The only "reasonable priced pc" is one you build yourself. Most mainline PCs at your local stores are overpriced trash. The Processor may be decent(for gaming and browsing the web), but the graphics card (if it has one) is poor and worthless for any game that is more demanding than the average I phone game. That being said, build you own since you are concered with price, OzTalksHW and Austin Evans have good videos about budget builds. Luckily, outside of the 8 man matches, 2K18 & 2K19 is not demanding at all.

I was going to have an awesome storyline involving Tomasso Ciampa as Universal Champion but since he isn't in the game,he will he replaced by Adam Cole. Even though there will be community creations to get Ciampa,it doesn't feel the same due to not having the same theme music and even having JoJo pronounce his name like "Thomas o Champ". But overall I'm going to enjoy 2k19 due its vast improvements I've seen from MyCareer and the game modes. I will get Fire Pro Wrestling some point down the line due to it's vast creativity and gameplay.

TrojanSasori I agree it sucks but you have to look at it like this ... every game has a budget between investing in new Technology to improve the graphics and frame rate marketing .. up keep of the servers for online interaction the official soundtrack paying higher talent on the card I.e people like John cena undertaker HHH ect ect more money for there inclusion in the game the NXT roster and legends has to take the smaller amount they try to fill in the roster as much as they can so that’s on the performers if they not willing to take what they are being afforded ... I don’t know what’s wrong with there pride but a pay check is a pay check ... I’m pretty sure some people on the main roster are getting the same amount as the NXT ROSTER

Many of the Legends had been in since 2K16 (Tatsumi Fujinami, Larry Zbyszko, Earthquake and Typhoon, The Bushwhackers etc's) I'm surprised they lasted this long. And wish they still continued on ironically enough. 2K seriously need to consider making a "WWE Legends" type game in the vein of the old; "Wrestlefest Arcade game" and have a yearly release of a separate WWF style game instead. Because everyone already knows these random picks of wrestling Legends per title is getting super annoying by now.

Most of these could have been sorted out. It's unfare to the consumer, us, that So many current wrestlers are missing. When they sign a wwe contract put game appearances in with a bonus. I don't blame NXT wrestlers who want a better deal but we lose out in the end. Plus WWE has image and March rights over most of these wrestlers so it still doesn't add up

The Ciampa/Cross thing is a bit of a diva move, if true. If you're signed to WWE, it should be standard to be in a video game, NXT or not. Thousands of fans are disappointed because the wrestlers are holding out for a bit more cash. Sucks. Hopefully they resolve it and put them in a future DLC, they already have the models, they just need to tweak the attire and entrance for Ciampa.

I'm most sad to see Mick Foley gone, because Mankind and Cactus Jack were some of my favorite classic wrestlers to play as. Other than that it's Ciampa. Dudes the NXT champion, and would be such a cool character to see updated like he did in real life haha. Also Nikki Cross, as she's one of the most unique characters in the WWE, and a personal favorite of mine in the Women's Division. Mark Henry sucks to see go because he's such a great big man inclusion and I've always been a fan, maybe we'll see him in a HOF DLC of some kind. Of course all who were released I'm fine with seeing gone, it only makes sense. As for a lot of the 'legends' like fuckin Tatsumi Fujinami and The Bushwackers, I really don't care, no one I know of ever plays as them, and I felt like they were just filler anyways, nearly all the important legends are still in, so no issue there. Also Brian Kendrick. I didn't use him too often but is it too much to ask just to see a full CW Division? He's the man with a plan dammit! Haha, a shame to see him out. Either way, I'm very happy with the roster and even more so with the DLC, props to 2k for one of, if not the very best, roster in a game to date.

Do you know kendrick was unable to come to terms with a deal or do you only speculate. Because I think its little fishy that used because of money they said no. Because appearing in a game make them probably more popular among fans witch is good for them, extra money would be always good on days they don´t compete so i don´t get that you should be a wrestler and only money driven. Then why where they in the game last year? i´m not 2k but I don+t believe they changed the pay so much from last year at least for kendrick and cross that was not champions IRL. Then it make sense why ciampa would be in it because last year he was not champion now he was which must change amount you get payed. But still in the instance of video games they should think more about the fans then money because it´s a way to promote them self's

Would be nice if 2K had "add-on" DLC's so if a couple of months after release they did come to terms on a deal with Ciampa or Nikki they could add them in at that time or at least have a pre made move set/entrances for wrestlers not in the game so creating Mark Henry, Mick Foley etc would be easier. Also if Henry and Kidd are already working with the company as producers wouldn't' that make it easier legally to have them in the game???...obviously working it into their contracts.

My opinion on Nikki Cross not being in this year game is due to her not being called up with the rest of Sanity this year. If money WAS really a factor for not coming to terms for a deal then that put her in a bad light. Less or not, you'll still be getting some form of royalities.

Thanks for the video. Foley definitely had another one of his falling out with WWE at the time, and he didn’t resign the agreement to be part of the series. Still doesn’t make sense as to why Ciampa and Nikki would refuse to be in over money, even though the bonus is less it's still good money and a chance to gain more fans in the process. So weird. 😕
