The Phenomenal One I get what your saying but it is recordings so you can only record so much. I would at least record 5 different variants of commentary for each person's entrance. Maybe even specific recordings pertaining to what location they are wrestling at and what success a specific person has had at each ppv.

To be fair Jeff didn't start using face paint until fairly recently. Depending on what time frame they decided to base Jeff's model on, last years model could of still been up to date for him. Lets face it not all wrestlers will be updated to their most recent attire, there isn't enough time to update everyone late into the roster cut. Some wrestlers will be worked on earlier, some worked on later. When 2K finalized Jeff's design, maybe he just didn't have face paint at that time.
