yeah sadly we'd have to wait for next year to have Heel Io when development for 2K21 starts unless they have her Heel entrance in the game and you can change to it. Cause I'm pretty sure in 2K19 the B-Team had their entrance and theme even though they were the miztourage in the game. So there's hope, and you'll probably have someone instantly make Io's new heel attire in the community creations within the first week.

I'm assuming they are making items transferable to a new engine. Because being left with a bunch of legacy code on an outdated engine = way more work for the future.
