WWE 2K22 💠 Classic Mode VS Superstar Mode (Universe Mode) UPDATE READ BELOW

UPDATE: Since the last few patches, Superstar mode allows the wrestlers you added or removed from Classic mode to remain. New video in the works. I will link it here when ready.
Essentially WWE 2K22 seems to be the same for Classic Mode. Superstar Mode doesn't allow you to edit your show, superstars, etc. It's limited, and a let down in my opinion. #WWE #WWE2K22

Gonna be making era specific classic universe modes (new generation, golden era of the late 80s, attitude era) and then stick with superstar mode as a way of playing modern era wwe (like playing through a year of Seth Rollins). That’s already a ton of content to work through on top of MyGm, NyFaction, MyRise, and Showcase lol

For example, in slot 1, I assign goldberg to Raw and custom superstars too.In slot 2, I create Superstar Mode > import slot 1. But my superstars are not on Raw

Superstar is completely useless...you can do everything from auperstar mode in classic...everything..except cpu vs cpu they force you to control the character and it auto sims every other match...its useless just do classic and pick a wrestler in your head you wanna control...0 difference

@@joegonzales9552 when you go to options, click on superstars and then instead of hitting ‘Y’/‘triangle’ to edit them, hit ‘A’/‘X’ and it’ll show their statistics.

I don’t know if anybody gave you a fix for adding legends to shows on superstar mode but instead of going to the superstar menu to add them to a show you go to edit show , add participants and select who you want on that show then edit the disivisions so they get assigned to the match pool and that’s how I got it to work I’ve already faced Shawn Michael John cena hulk hogan and even stone cold at wrestmania so hope it helps

Hi, everything you said is correct. I just come to change given the days of experience I had in the universe and guess what? Your desire for The Macho Man Randy Savage, you can play with him or against him in Superstar mode You just have to change the mode, add the Legends to a brand and in the end you go with the defects of the classic mode (My Universe-Options) you change to Superstar, you choose your superstar again, who will always have the records saved and that's it. So it’s basically the same as past years. Also, if you can’t edit anything in superstar mode why is it a mode? You could just do it manually from regular mode if you really cared enough to do it. It would be cool to have my superstars fight against the Undertakers in a show, but we can’t even do that in an own mode that would have that.

So basically you can not make your universe how you want it and then choose superstar mode? That sucks as that means you can only play Superstar mode with the default rosters, match types, can't change titles or add or remove other superstars. That is literally terrible. What is the point of that! I was so excited about that mode but if you can only play it with default shows and settings that is just insanity!

I tend to create era-specific universes like “new generation” and “attitude era” using legends, old arenas, old belts, etc. and I usually like playing those all the way through, so superstar mode would be a way for me to experience the modern roster as a bonus, so I’m cool with this but I understand why people would be frustrated. I’ll bet since it’s the first year this is implemented they didn’t know how to have a set path for the superstar if the player completely customized the brand.

It’s essentially a version of “season mode” which is what most fans have been asking to be put back into a wwe game for some time now. Not everyone wants to customize every single detail of the game as far as I’m concerned it’s a W.

MyRise is the classic career mode with your created superstar rising the ranks of WWE, MyGM is a ratings war where you’re trying to out-do your opposition, classic Universe mode is a sandbox Create-a-Brand, and Superstar Universe mode is a year in the life of a superstar of your choosing. We have pretty much every form of “season mode” we can have now lol

you can change things in Superstar mode still. you just have to switch to classic mode to make your changes you want and then switch back to superstar mode and your changes will be there. idk what's wrong with yours but mine does it.

You can keep switching between classic and superstar mode. You’ll have to edit in classic then go to superstar

Tested it, it works, you can change the roster, the show almost everything and then switch to superstar mode and everything you set stays, you can even change things later if you want

Superstar is exactly like classic just less options...it just forces you t9 control a wrestler and forces you to skip all other matches and options..you dont earn attributes or nothing like that...its literally just here's your match, play it..next week here's your match play it..imo it's more worthwhile to just play classic and pick a wrestler you wanna control in your head, set u0 your universe then let cpu predict matchups and wait for your guy to get a match and play it...
