I set up finishers to do the most damage because they are finishers. One of the things that I don't like about the modern era of wrestling is the finisher fests.

Exactly, it should take only 1 for mid carders and lower, and 2 only against main eventers, realistically.

Love the advanced sliders, but they really should be for individual wrestlers. Some finishers should have more power than others.

I can understand why Brocks dive tendency is so high. He used to do shooting star presses back in the day. I'm so glad that they set it up so that one of Brock '03s signatures is actually a shooting star press because it tells me that the guys that are making this game are actually OG fans of wrestling which is why 2k22 and 2k23 have been so much better than their other games.

If you want back and forth matches and also longer matches jack the reversal slider window to 100 and lower the AI damage and user bar down to 10. I tested this earlier and went 14 minutes bell to bell in universe mode. That was with a finisher kick out by the CPU.

I put the kickout bar to 100 it’s way better than having that kinda small bar. But I also like that when you get a lot of damage you don’t get the huge bar still.

Yeah, like DManChi said, the Post-Kickout Recovery does the opposite weirdly. Putting it on 0 for the AI for instance, has them kick out of damn near everything, even after multiple finishers. Putting it at 100 has them get squashed.

The post kickout damage slider works the opposite way actually. The lower you put that slider the more they seem to recover because I've had that slider at 10 and have seen wrestlers kick out nonstop. The match went on for an hour and still didn't end

Remove instant recovery for every individual superstar not named Undertaker, Kane, Big Show or Brock. It's basically a no sell option and shouldn't exist for 99% of wrestlers. I have takers at 35, Kane 40, Brock 20 and show 15.

I was going to ask a question but I’m about to find out myself as soon as I complete this video. (Thanks so much for this video BTW this pin kick out mini game was stressing me out) so i’m guessing if I slide kickout zone sliders all the way to zero then the zone wont move and it will be more like what I’m use to with 2k22. Bc the “Zone” didn’t move in the mini fame in 22 or 2k20 for that matter. This zone flying all over the place had me wanting to put a few dozen wholes in my wall!

I made a video on this as well. Since the new update yesterday though, the wording has been completely changed. We are no longer hum, we are players as people were confused. pressure pin is now called easy moderate difficult. finisher history is now called influence. Great video. I'd like to think mine is ok. The more people share, the better. @9:30 the pin speed is the little narrow white bar that moves. kickout zone size has been renamed to speed, that's how fast the green bar moves side to side. I THINK. You have me questioning myself now lol

Also, I have my flag speed down very low so the bar doesn’t move like the old game, but the bar gets smaller. Much more fun. That moving bar is awful. Just so everyones aware the slider is actually the opposite for HUM recovery. The lower it is, the faster you kick out. The higher it is the longer it takes. If you go to 100 the 1st pin always goes to 1 count, but mines at 40 on legend difficulty and i kick out before for 1, and also at 1 count when hit by a finisher.

@KM-lc6hj honestly on legend i don't see that much of a difference. I increase mine but the only thing i saw an effect on was reversing finishers became easier granted i never put mine to a 100. I dont know, but it seems like reversal is more broken than last year. The majority of the times, the reversal prompt doesn't pop up for a lot of moves. So i put mine on default. The only one i have increased is ground reversal and that hardly ever shows a prompt to reverse.

I've been asking for it for years but I REALLY want a crowd intensity slider for individual wrestlers. Everyone gets the same pop which isn't accurate to TV. 100 should be for the likes of Roman, Austin, Rock etc. Then lower numbers are for jobbers and less popular talent.

A fun thing I did was, turn target referee on. In one match I used my brass knuckles since my finisher didn't get the job done. They still kicked out. Another thing I did was knock the referee out, and I got a chair and hit my opponent a few times and won the match that way. You can say I try to use all my resources if the match cam go either way.

The AI automatically does more damage. I can be Brock Lesnar & Seth Rollins can hit me with a suplex or two & my health bar goes down more where as if I hit him with a bunch of German suplexes his health goes down slower. I only noticed this when I changed the difficulty to Legend, but wonder if the two are related

I don't mind have my finishers and signatures all the way up bc if I want ai to kick out I can either hit up on the D Pad to have them kick out or hit L1 to cancel the pin. It's when they kick out of a move that should end the match that annoys me

Idk where I went wrong in adjusting these sliders but every time I'd do so much damage to an opponent and hit them with sigs and finishers and cause heavy damage, I'd get infinite 2 counts (even on easy) and the only way I could win was by submission. I then reset them to default and it went back to normal again.

I just play with all Ai reversals set to 100. Play on legend. Very competitive but sometimes it's frustrating. AI set to 0 so ii gets up quick. Not realistic but much better than playing online. The pin value is really interesting. In 22. I needed to hit the AI with my finisher like 10 times to get a win. I will have to try the advanced settings.

Last wwe game i played was smackdown vs raw 2008. Legendary difficulty doesnt make the Ai better in this game, just makes Ai stronger, which is confusing. Was doing a match against roman reign and one grapple move took out 75% of my health which is insane. These new controls r ridiculous, loved the older wwe games controls
