Honestly i love the concept of the mode cause i love collecting cards and love wrestling but is insane how to be able to buy a single card from the card market (Kane) i need to spend almost as much as the base game cost. And also if i want to grind that doing matches i would probable need to play over 150 matches or so. To me is the mode that i really wanna play more but for someone that cannot be playing 4+ hours a day to grind is really frustrating. I hope they improve that. I’m trying to get that 99 Stone Cold from the Collection but it looks impossible right now

If they have time to put all this cash crabbing in Myfaction but not to fix the game (base on what i hear from others because i have not played Universe mode myself yet) or make sure the trons and songs can be applied to other wrestlers without bugs, then its on them. He answered like a PR person, its not surprising. He mention peoples getting ahead with token market for instance. Ok sure, its true i did myself in previous games, but why is it an issue? Just so we try harder to get the cards out of pack and give them money? Even if the token ones were longer or harder, ok fine, but he still have not explained why a single card out of the market cost around 50$ .. wich is INSANE.

Even when they put up live events with packs they don’t work. You can’t beat Braun Strowmanz. This game is such a joke and this dev needs to be fired ASAP. They’ll sell you packs BUT when are free ones their servers just always seem to lock up.

We definitely need an interview for Universe Mode for WWE 2K25, because the mode is broken and the mode needs more love. And needs to be completely revamped and fixed. And they need to add in promos and show intros since they took them out for no reason. Also the rivalries etc. And or just make Universe and GM Mode into one, and get rid of the power cards. They also need to get rid of MyCareer and just have Story Mode and Story Designer. It’s a lot of stuff for them to work on, but it’ll help keep the game alive in the long run.

Enjoyed the interview. Nice that it was balanced with the positives and negatives and they can acknowledge that some execution has fallen short. If you have him back, can you ask about faction wars having less repetitive match types and bosses. I feel like i’ve play 75 percent ladder matches and the same boss battles every run when its not disconnecting and causing me to lose tickets..lol. The pack value is very poor as well. Cosmetics has zero gameplay value and should be available by default instead of taking card slots that could be utilized in the matches themselves. Getting 1, possible 2 max superstar’s per pack with terrible odds for a valuable one is not best for fan experience.

We need to give proper feedback on how to improve that mode because one things for sure, they need to remove superstar universe mode and just test it out with universe mode. I play myfraction when I can, don't spend a lot of money on the cards because some times they are hard to get.

@@rnadollaz9237 Am not sure if you remember the 2K site where they had the forum where you address issues on that site?? I remember when we were having the issues with universe mode, I remember saying there's an issue with how they coded the game. Come to found out in the interview, they are using the 2k18 code and what's it doing is creating more problems. This is not going to get fixed unless somebody from yukes with experience of making 2k18 and who still has the coding system, looks over the game to see what the issue is and fix it or take universe mode out and put in created pay per view mode until they able to fix the issue.

No one cares about my faction. Every year they sell you revamped versions of what you bought the year before. They cut server times for wwe2k23 by 6 months so people buy my faction on wwe2k24 but nothing is transferred to the next game. Its just a huge cash cow 😢😢😢😢

There are plenty of working UT modes they could copy off of and make some $, instead they just shoot themselves in the foot time and time again and you can't tell me that some of these changes can't be implemented "now" as they've done things to make things better, just to change it back to the way it was like the fire sale. You really think people want to grind out matches at 225-300 MFP a match when a single card is 130k MFP or $40 in real world cash? Or you can look at the login in rewards. That's been changed from different packs to now just the basic Superstar Series 1 pack every week.

Despite how much I hate MyFaction being a slow grind to be able to get what I want; surely there has to be more creative challenges for me to do besides "Beat this guy very quickly" or "Beat this guy with this turned off" - why not some Rumble MyFaction events? An endless survival mode like in WWF No Mercy's Rumble mode, even? If the problem is that we as players are beating challenges quicker than they're being put out, reward us more for it or make full use of the modes in the game. Do some really special events like some "vs. WCW" event or "vs. ECW" or some parody "vs. AEW" event dude I don't know... just... something. If you can't make cards cheaper, then gimme something refreshing to make the grinding not feel as slow as it is.

These Dev Interviews are really one of a kind (i don't see other games doing this) so hopefully we get to see ones for Gameplay, Showcase, MyRise, MyGM etc too 🙏🏼
