I just want Story Designer. It was the 2nd most requested thing to return in the poll. Returning match types was number 3, if 2K bypassed Story Designer for more match types, I'm gonna be pissed.

It would be too much effort for 2K. Rmember they also same studios making NBA2K. They love using same engine and formula for decade if possible. Except WWE switch to EA since TKO also own UFC. Not the best options since Fifa also the same lmao, but if they switch studio/devs we maybe seen different directions of the game, new engine and new gameplays.

I'm all for them switching studios but it all depends on how it's done. When ml Marketing, you always hear the cliche that they're gonna do a version of no mercy and Here comes to pain every publisher wants to say it. 2k Owns the wwe video game rights. I doubt that's using the same system for a game engine is copyrighted. I don't know if ladder matches, tables match, ironman match, battle royals, elmination matches, tornado tag matches Are copyrighted. If they are then it limits what I have perspective video games Can offer So they're needed to be An extensive variety of Types of matches Otherwise it will be very limited. The fact that it could be done is possible but to put forth the effort. That is something I doubt 2k will ever do

The streak mode from 2k14 was basically Undertakers showcase, just with his WM matches. Which are always his most memorable anyway.

It's taken 10 years to get basic match types we had in SvR since 06 let alone the dog water "creation suite" that still has bad entrance customization and no create a finisher

2 wishlist things for me. 1 link the game to youtube music or spotify so that we could use our own music for created entrances. 2 have different levels of boos and cheers so that as a character is more of a heel or face there are different reactions from the crowd instead of the generic cheers everyone gets

One thing to note about the Referee shirt and it tagging Steve Austin in the post is that Austin was a special referee for a WWF title match between Undertaker and Kane at the I believe Breakdown pay per view in 1998. So maybe they're possibly teasing that match as being in an Undertaker showcase?

I really hope Universe Mode brings back promos and run ins. If we could get Universe mode from 2k19 with the ability to add cutscenes like in 2k23, and if we could customize promos like in the old Create a Story, it would be about perfect.

As of now, this is what I'm thinking about WWE2K24. 1)I'm hoping for that the variety of matches besides what we've seen, will be more expansive. Personally, I'm hoping to see Buried Alive, Casket, Guest Ref, and bigger Royal Rumble Matches. 2)I'm hoping that the cover star is either Undertaker, The Wyatt Family, or Cody Rhodes. 3)As far as Showcase modes, I wouldn't mind having multiple stories to take on. I hope to see a showcase on Taker, Wyatt, and the 40 years of WrestleMania. 4)For Creative modes, I'm hoping that players can add their own music and make their own stories. 5)As for other things, I hope that WWE 2K24 has all/a majority superstars and/or managers from all past games since it's been over ten years since the first WWE2K game and WWE has quite the list of people that have come and gone or have stayed.

This game has so much potential to be another banger for 2K. If everything regarding match types returning, and a very dynamic showcase mode whether it be on Bray Wyatt, Undertaker, or 40 Years of WrestleMania, this definitely has the potential to be right up there with some of the greats in wrestling game history. I truly hope this game succeeds well, and can earn positive reception among the fan base.🤞🙏

Bray died long after the production cycle to have time to do a Showcase on him, You would have to contact his estate, Brodie Lee's estate, it depends on Erick Rowan and Braun Striwman's availability etc. The best we can hope for this year is a "Special Edition" with some of the different versions of Bray over the years (eg Husky Harris, Fiend etc).
