I think the way both Pat and 2k handled the criticism made it seemed like 2k didn't care about the fans. Pat made of the fans for not liking the dlc pack on his show. Meanwhile 2k's stay tuned announcement made it seem like a big change was happening in the pack however all it revealed was a football and a delay. On top of that when Pat made fun of the fans on his show, in a now deleted tweet 2k responded with "😂😂😂" which made them look like they didn't care.

I imagine the DLC broke the patches or something. Nothing surprises me with 2k, more crap we didn’t ask for or want. The fact they still haven’t fixed MITB for universe mod amazes me, I mean ffs we can’t cash in without a rivalry, we can’t manually cash in mid match and we can’t cash in at a PLE excluding announcing it. The games stale with nothing actually enjoyable to do and the only thing that keeps the game alive is community creations which is now completely broken, randomly replacing images and with a stupid 1000 image limit. Its gonna take an awful lot to make me buy next years game.

What's really even MORE worse regarding the ongoing situation is that WWE games replied on Twitter to Pat McAfee's response to the upset gamers via a recent episode of The Pat McAfee Show with this: "😂😂😂". That's absolutely disgusting coming from WWE Games, a fucking gaming company, might I add! Laughing at gamers (aka "paying customers") who have the right to be upset over something they really don't need is just unprofessionally petty and downright unbelievable. But they eventually deleted that reply because they knew they would be in the shit if they went and posted that disgusting reply. The DLC really should be called "Pat McAfee and the Literal Who's" because I know none of them; even as a football fan, they weren't on any teams I was a fan of. This makes about as much sense as 2K's "fun" little collab with Team FaZe - probably made sense on paper, but on a larger scale, made absolutely no sense at all. A DLC pack for WWE could use right now is a crossover with Capcom and SNK - both are gaining traction right now and EVO was a huge hit: video game wrestlers, an official tie-in! That would definitely ramp up some heat in WWE! ...but.... no, it's... just some former football players who's days are behind them I guess.

Here's a thought.. 2k Drop the Pat Crap pack.. WWE cease with any relationship with Crap Pat. Replace it with a DX pac OG DX HBK, Triple H, Chyna and Rick Rude. Then the last DX run of HBK Triple H. The models are already there just tweak them. Add the DX theme and the OG trons (videos) and The more current trons (videos). At least people will actually give a crap about this pack.

I'm on Xbox. It's gone for good I tried some fixes but nothing worked. Does this happen often? I know the very high majority, hate this DLC pack. Which I do understand, cause I would've preferred NXT stars... Or even a MyRise superstar pack. The only excitement I had for this DLC (and the previous DLC, TBF) are the new moves, and then they go and delay it one week? I'd rather they make this a Pat & Moves pack, delay it till September and switch it for the 4th (superior) pack. Also, why do I keep seeing people claim the delay is to accommodate the Wyatt Sicks being included in the pack? No way in hell is that happening. I highly doubt the Wyatts targeting Pat on his show is in any way, shape or form connected to this game. I'm not ruling out a surprise, with the addition of it potentially mitigating a lot of negativity regarding the DLC packs this year, especially this one (Let's be honest, they do truly suck, don't they? The inclusion of Punk and the Sept pack are the only ones worth the purchase, but i'm a sucker for new moves, so i'm a hypocritical sheep), but 4 of the Sicks are already in the game, and the CC have done a wonderful job creating new attires for them to match their new personalities (With the exception of Bo/Howdy, I mean, the ones created from scratch are class, but there's not much you can do with the Howdy model that's in the game, the hair being a very big issue and the fact that you can't unmask him, so Bo isn't technically in the game), so paying DLC prices for characters already in the game would likely result in more anger from fans. I really think 2K should delay this pack altogether, and give us things we actually want, or do a whole pack of moves, that would at least help to circumvent my irritation of this nonsense pack that NOBODY, bar the egos of Pat and his mates, asked for. (I have no problem with Pat, but it's his stupid little buddies, why do they get a place in the game and yet, we still don't have a new bloody stomp???!) It's a great game, nonetheless.
