Black Bart, is one of those wrestlers that not a lot of people talk about. I enjoyed watching him in Mid-Atlantic and NWA. he was one of those that you loved to hate. And will be greatly missed

Didn't Start watching Main Wrestling until around 1984 and It was NWA Out of Charlotte, North Carolina! Started then watching WCCW, WWF, UWF, AWA, Ect.. I remember Black Bart Coming out on a Horse in a Match with Kevin Von Erich back in the Mid 1980s in WCCW! Bart was for sure one of the Old- School as well as All Time Greats and Will for sure be Truly Missed! I had forgot all about him being Managed by JJ Dillon as well as Tag Teaming with Outlaw Ron Bass! Black Hills of South Dakota will never be the same! God Bless with Thoughts, Love and Prayers!

I thought this was an official WWE for a sec, then I thought "Wait a sec they're gonna have to go back and edit the WCCW DVD where they trash his title run" alongside every other time they crapped all over him. As nice a person as you could ever meet. But as tough as anyone on the roster if not tougher. He put on great matches and had mic skills, amazing for a guy who started wrestling in his late 20s. Still hate what WCW did to him taking away his Black Bart character.
