Haha true, albeit cash-in's are always exciting. You get a sense that you may be a part of history as the live audience; and Austin Theory looks primed for a fruitful career in WWE, to be there for his first world championship would be a feather in the cap of any avid WWE fan.

Yeah the Tyson Fury stuff played out a bit weird. Even been feuding, albeit in kayfabe, with Drew on social media and then he met him at the show and they came across as buddies. Then ending the night with "American Pie," which may have both gone over the heads of those that don't know The Gypsy King likes to sing that song after his fights, which have all been wins thus far, and was frankly odd after the passion that had gone into the contest on Drew's part. You'd be dejected, far from being in the mood to sing.

I wish they'd have used the briefcase to split the titles, where his MITB privilege only allowed Austin Theory to challenge for either one. Ideally that'd have been the WWE title. Triple threat for said championship, Roman is taken out of the equation, Claymore to Theory .. 1-2-3! Winner, and NEW, WWE Champion, Drew McIntyre! (and still Universal Champion, Roman Reigns). RAW gets its own champion back, Drew gets that moment with the crowd that alluded him at WrestleMania 36, Roman still has his 900+ reign as Universal Champion, and Theory goes on the same trajectory he did after his failed cash-in against Seth Rollins for US Title. One of their biggest missed opportunities IMO.

Initially £784, came down to £484, I got them for £450, but a week before the show whatever remained unsold in the section was priced down to £225.

Strange decision to do a non-cash-in on a non-world championship. I guess we'll see where it goes from here but, they've got a lot to do to rebuild his credibility back up from this.

Resulting in Austin Theory as Undisputed WWE Universal Champion? Or a split in the championships held by Roman with Drew McIntyre winning one of them? I was for the latter. Not so sure about the former; feel it would have been an out of left field cash-in akin to Jack Swagger's.

Too bad Triple H made him a joke so nobody actually thought that he has any chance of stealing the belts, unlike Seth back in 2015
