AEW Rampage is ending at the end of 2024. Therefore, when SmackDown moves to 3 hours it will be unopposed by AEW in that timeslot, unless AEW launches a new show. Furthermore, SmackDown moving to 3 hours is likely due to USA Network losing RAW to Netflix, which previously was 3 hours under the previous media rights deal.

AEW has become the benchmark for anything Concerning WWE....WWE had 1.5mil Watching Saturday Night's Main Event on NBC(Primetime TV) which is their average RAW rating & all they could talk about was it's better than what AEW's doing lol..Vince was a Genius. He wanted to make WWE(The Brand)the biggest star on the roster & he did. With the major lack of star power all today's fans care about is the brand that's giving them a lackluster product & zero dollars for promotions.
