Is there a reason you are flagging down and filing takedown requests of videos that are clearly transformative content?

We have no objection to "transformative content". However, if you are going to use our material, we ask that you at least reach out to us first. We don't like finding things out second-hand. Courtesy respects courtesy in this instance.

@@OnTheRingApron That isn't how transformation or fair use works, and courtesy is a wild thing to say when you send a takedown notice instead of any claim or request, clearly demonstrating this isn't about courtesy. Takedown requests damage channels, and you have been around long enough to know that. I didn't use your footage but I saw the video from the channel that did. What you did was uncalled for and could have been handled a multitude of other ways, but you elected to try to hurt someone's channel over transformative content that was well within fair use. To say this is a bad look is an understatement. In the same way you didn't ask WWE for their permission to use their footage or graphics for your livestreams here, your permission is not required to transform your content either. Will you be apologizing to the small creator you did this to? or sticking to your stance that you made the right call?
