Tape is to prevent staining from the shirt. Also, Mattel giving us heads without the True FX on the faces at this point is INEXCUSABLE.

These head sculpts are rough! Why didn’t they update them with some more recent HHH and HBK sculpts? They look terrible compared to modern Elite releases.

Does it cost an arm and a leg for Mattel to include titles? Have all these elites and bret ultimates that require titles if they don't include with them.. at this point they should make another title belt pack
