What do the colors mean? Red orange gold? And where can I learn about each one and which is most popular? Also who decides which is most valuable ???

Colors are just that colors. They range in rarity and depending on the set, the color, and subsequent numbering will be the same. For instance Golds in Panini Select are always out of /10. So there is only 10 gold cards of that specific wrestler. The lower the number the more rare it is, with the 1/1 being the most rare since there is literally only one card of its kind. Value and how much something is, is entirely based on the market conditions, and how popular a wrestler is. A highly collectible wrestler, like the Undertaker, will warrant more value, and the lower numbered stuff of his will be more collectible since there are more people trying to collect a set number of cards. Some one like Top $, not so much.

Select has always been awesome for me. My first Hobby of 2023 Select had 3 Golds in it, so I have a soft spot for Select.
