I was just gonna say. They're one of my favorite bands, but WWE picked one of the cheesiest songs off Green Day's catalog for that intro. "Know Your Enemy" by itself is ok, but when added to fit some fight theme, it makes it corny by default. I only let it pass because it fits with the PG theme, so it's no surprise

ol' boy that made this video just started making up era names lol Golden Era is anything before '93 New Generation Era is '94-'97 Attitude Era is '97-'01 Then there's a bit of a dead space from April of 2001 to June of 2002 where it wasn't attitude anymore, but it wasn't Ruthless Aggression yet. We'll call that the Invasion Era because it's when the WCW/ECW Invasion storyline took place and some of those storylines fizzled out in that time. Ruthless Aggression Era is '02-'08, before WWE went PG PG Era is '08-Now, although some people say that with CM Punk blowing up in 2011 and Daniel Bryan in 2014, there was a transition called the Reality Era around 2014, where the focus shifted to the best in-ring talent and started not to be centered around who the best talkers were.

Smackdown premiered April 29th 1999 the pilot episode use the Monday Night Raw set and the curtains in the background were blue the premiere set debuted on August 26th 1999 from Kansas City Missouri and a camper Arena few months after Owen Hart fail 78 ft to his death the very first Smackdown theme song was called everybody on the ground that theme song would be used from August 26th 1999 to August 9th 2001 and it would be replaced by Marilyn Manson theme song The Beautiful People

SmackDown! was the best show from about 2002-2007/2008, but from about 2010-2016, it really didn't mean shit lol they just used it as a RAW recap show and would have some midcard guy lose to Randy Orton in a short match. When they went live in 2016 is when people started to fuck with it again cause of Orton, Cena, AJ Styles, Dean Ambrose, etc.
