I got this game and I unable to buy the DLCs for some reason. Do I need the Online Fan Axxess or something?

online servers re closed for this game and also the axxess, unless you manage to buy it from playstation store.

as far as i know dlcs were available from fan axxess within the game menu but now that service is offline so there is no way to get the dlcs. buying this games digital copy wont help at all.
