[continued from description] So, Andre again. Not sure I have too much to say about the guy, and he’ll appear again in SVR2006 (along with a fair number of other titles, but we’ll get to those later of course). Andre was one of the big men who made being a big man actually work, as Big Show would do later, as opposed to the likes of Great Khali or Giant Gonzalez, though unfortunately he did have serious health issues all the same, apparently even being in poor health during his iconic Wrestlemania III match. One thing I didn’t really know about Andre before looking into shoots on him more was his capacity for drinking. I’d heard, in passing, that he could drink a lot, but that could potentially mean anything. Depending on the story, Andre could drink anywhere between 41 to 70-something litres of beer in an evening, in one sitting, which seems to amount to around 100+ pints of beer in total depending on the estimate. Just for himself. For reference, I’d say around 10 pints is probably my own hard limit for an evening, with five pints usually being a comfortable amount. And Andre used to drink 20x that, all the time, with seemingly no issue. I’ve always heard that certain nationalities are better at dealing with their alcohol than others (French and Russians in particular), but 100 pints in an evening is beyond insane. A “legend” indeed. Lastly, this game shares the same soundtrack as Day of Reckoning, which is burnt into my brain forever and always will be. I BROKE DOWN ON A JAPANESE STREET, WORDS UNSAID THEY SCAR SO DEEP. Crazy to think Zebrahead would eventually do “His World” for Sonic 06, what a trip. We’ll see Andre in the next game too, so I’ll save more thought for that. Next up, Animal.

The menus in SVR2005 look very nice in general and the dancing divas make it only better.😉

This game, while a good one was squashed between 2 masterpieces and as a result it was forgotten about.

I don't think I even bought it at the time, simply because I didn't really see the incentive over Here Come The Pain. Then SVR2006 came out and, as you said, it was so much better. Definitely still enjoyed this one though.
