How do you lock it to keep the WWE logo still? Edit: Do you need to use tape?

If you noticed, there is actually screws in the back of the strap and 6 of them in the middle is for the main plate and if you unscrew the main plate there's a bolt that holds the logo if you twist the bolt thingy counterclockwise and it stops the sound when it spins but if you tighten up the screw it'll hold up
