I think you are almost guaranteed a card of your tier you already have in KotR when you get semi's and up, but that's just my experiences! It's super awesome that you're gonna have a perfect pro survivor Mizdow! :D

Bigedude yr more likely to pull a survivor card in survivor+, I just switched to survivor+ and pull a survivor undertaker fart on the first fully clear board, but I advise you to play 3 point matches bcuz 5 matches as sv pros and I didn't wanna use my survivor pro bcuz I'll end up face guys like mokai
