WWE Figure Historian here, Roddy Piper and Macho Man are both basically the Walmart Exclusive T-Shirt line, but... Macho had the smiling head and a pair of sunglasses. Don't forget, the figure did have sleeves. Piper is supposed to have an "RP" going down both his boots. Also, Flair is the basic 48, just with a t-shirt on it.

So, of the three HoF figures, only the two who have passed away have there actual themes. Rick Flair has generic music. Perhaps Flair owns his version of the Space Mountain theme that begins with the "Whoo!" and Mattel didn't want to pay to license it from him for the toy? Though one might wonder why Mattel didn't just use a "Whoo!-less" version since Space Mountain is public domain. Savage's theme is public domain too though, and his theme is present. It's a mystery!

Flair's theme might be copyrighted. That is the same with DDP and Steamboat. Steamboat used an Alan Parsons Project song, so anything on WWE network for Steamboat will have a different song. Even SNME used to have Obsession by Animotion for a theme. That was a great intro.
