Fun facts: This Jake and Rick attires used to be part of WWF Hasbro in early 90's. I know this because I still own them action figures, lol. It's pretty cool to see Mattel pay homage with this set😀 Excellent video!

You nailed it when you said you feel like we've seen this all before. I am a huge fan of both Jake and Rude, but I just can't seem to pull the trigger on these. They look great, but there just isn't enough here to make me want to buy them. Damien looks great too, but again, it's not enough. It's not even the price, as $35 each for an ultimate is fine. Maybe I am getting picky the older I get.

Great review! Might be your camera but the figure’s eyebrows and mustache look a little lighter than the way he used to have it, and the Gene/Earnhardt smiling head ‘stache ends look like they should go a little further down the sides of his mouth like one of the other sculpts.

Even though the looks are kind of dated, but I actually like James head sculpts. As Ultimates, we should have received a new sculpt. Overall it's a great pack. I like how the look like the old Hasbros, also. Since these are based on the old LJNs, can we get an Ultimate George "The Animal" Steel?

I looked up some reference videos. Throw some Ultimate Hogan white boots on the Rick Rude to make the attire ring accurate. This gear is from when Rude confronts Jake's wife in the crowd for reference.

Honestly is the shame about the headsculpts. Even Rick Rudes headsculpts could be much better. Hope Mattel don’t start cheaping out too much that people lose interest and don’t think it’s worth it. The Hulk and Funk pack had much better sculpts all around

I think the rick rude headsculpts are basic quality. No tru fx whatsoever. The baf head is superior. I think this rick rude needed a bigger head slightly wider and definitely those cheek lines he had. Eyes look lifeless.
