A review and comparison of adult sized replica (metallic) and commemorative (plastic) WWE United States championship belts.
It’s quite difficult to tell the two apart - with most of the recent replica/commemorative comparison videos - but in a rather negative way.
Although on film, the belts may look nice and shiny, in person, they are quite literally flat plates with the paints and designs thrown on.

The name plates do come off both championships commerative and replica

I have the commemorative US title but with the scratch logo. The scratch logo US commemorative has a deeper stamp than both the network logo US commemorative and the replica in this video.

if u look closely or actually u dont have to look closely but on the commemorative us title the paint looks lighter and on the replica the paint looks darker

I don’t think they did yet since it’s an old belt and WWE never release commemorative versions of old belts.

The u.s title they sell on wwe shop is wwaaayyy smaller than the one on TV now. It is more like the one that was around in 2003

Ronan Langford Correct. The replica is based on the original WWE US title that debuted in 2003. Smaller than the current one in use.

There is 3 versions of the belt. The 2003 smaller version, the 2005 bigger verson and the 2018 verson that is smaller. What the wwe sells on shop is what they use on t.v

The wwe did have 3 versions of the title. V1 small, v2 big, v3 smaller, wwe shop sells what the wrestlers use at the time. v3 came out in early 2018 I think, and that is the one they are selling.

Ha! I guess you can only really tell by physically picking it up.

@@JustStone Actually, I figured it out! The back of thr belts...The replica has metal screws and the commemorative has obvious different lookng screws with a raised plastic circular "boarder" around the screw. A pretty weird description on my part, but when you flip thrm both over and compare, then you'll see what I mean. Hope this helps!

Why would you think anything would pop up? Whenever you see the belt in pictures and video they are the same flat. lol. You should of looked into it before you buy. lol

It just looks worse than I could have imagined. I know that all the old fashioned replicas are flat, but this just looked completely flat. Anyway, I don't collect them, so that's that.
