The Rock was featured in two AKI system wrestling titles: WWF WrestleMania 2000 and WWF No Mercy(featured on the covers of both games). Such was the popularity of The Rock at the time that several of the animations included in the game were custom made to fit the man's in-ring mannerisms. As his finishing move, The Rock Bottom, was front-facing slam move, it was performed in both games by strong grappling and tapping the N64 controller's stick while in "Special" mode. His other signature move, The People's Elbow, could be performed either as a running ground attack or as an upper body maneuver (using the grapple button) while in "Special" mode. Neither game could accommodate animating The Rock physically removing his elbow pad and throwing it into the crowd, as he was wont to do in those days. The Rock also featured prominently in the Championship story arc, which retold the story around Wrestlemania 2000's main event match from multiple perspectives.
