It's both lol, for the Royal Rumble it's choppy because wrestlers keep entering in, for other matches it's fine with commentary tracks!!

How do you run the game? I keep getting No mercy instead.

Make sure your extract the music files inside the music tool folder, after that is done go inside the folder and double-click the file: start-wwf-with-music-tool.bat It should load up the game from there!!

I finally got the game to run but I don’t hear the voice commentary or music entrances. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

@@bozolozo21 you have to move the game download zip file to your c: (either by cut and paste or dragging it) , than right click it and extract it here (in the c:), than leave the music download in your download folder and do the same thing extract it here to download folder, after that a file named music will show up in download folder, cut it, move back to c: double click wwf legends 64 folder, open project 64 folder, open music tool folder, and than paste it in there (there will already be a music folder but it's empty, once you paste it will replace that empty music folder). don't open the music folder and than paste it though. i have two hard drives but when i did this with my secondary (slave drive) it wouldn't play music or commentary. for whatever reason it all has to be done in the c:. there are a few other items to check, but the most recent downloads of the game should work as is following above instructions. if not there is a detailed video on website going over all that stuff. it has to do with directories, plugins, making sure hi res textures are checked, but it should all be set up correctly.
