Is there a way to get bret hart to do the sharpsooter? Ive tried a few combos but it doesnt seem like its in his move set

Can someone tell me how much RAM is needed to run this SMOOTHLY on a gaming laptop? I wanted an MSI Titan, but it's way too expensive. Can someone give me some recommendations of an affordable gaming laptop with the right specs to make this run SMOOTHLY? Please respond someone, I seriously want this mod, it's pure genius.
