I remember playing this on holiday every year as a kid. It was also the loudest game in the arcade too, when wrestlers hit the mat you could hear it all across the room!!

To this day, I still have NO idea why this game and WWF Superstars wasn't even ported to the SNES or Genesis... body-blue-raised-arms Only 12 selectable characters, with ordinary 16-bit graphics and medium-sized 2D sprites. I can understand that the loudmouthed interview segments were alot more hardware-demanding, but they could've been either cut or have some of the the spoken dialogue parts replaced with text. Either system could've had the means to handle a decent port of this game on just a 16 meg cart, and they shure could've really used a few more fun wrestling games like these!

Loved this game, thanks for the upload!!!!!! spent lots of money on this! My team was Warrior and Earthquake. Flying shoulder block from the Warrior, tag and the Earthquake. No one got up from that! BTW, anyone remember when Earthquake was called the Canadian Earthquake? BTW, when Earthquake squashed Damien? Bag switch and pantyhose stuffed with hamburger.

just download a MAME emulator and the ROM. Takes less than 5 minutes and you will be playing this game in all it's glory on your computer. I hook my lap top up to my flat screen TV when I play MAME ROMs. Every arcade game you ever wanted right at your fingertips, plus doesn't cost quarters.

I usually went with Jake the Snake and Dibiase since their finishers were done pretty quickly, you could get a quick cover with Jake after the DDT, plus it looked cool and when an opponent was weakened enough, Dibiase would go right for the Million Dollar Dream and you could get a tapout in about 2 seconds after that.

+TVfanatic342 Plus their secret ability is a slightly better grapple requiring less button mashing than other characters to win lock ups. (Hogan and Warrior have additional hit points. I think Slaughter and Earthquake do slightly more damage.)
