Through the "Women Solar Engineers" initiative, we invite you to support the emancipation of rural Malagasy women by developing access to solar energy in their villages.
With a population of nearly 27 million, Madagascar today faces one of the greatest challenges in its history: the electrification of its territory. Only a minority of households, particularly in the country's dynamic regions, have access to electricity. WWF, in partnership with Barefoot College, is actively working to remedy this situation.
