Hitler didn't want to fight England, or USA(and probably even USSR, USSR attacking first was just a matter of time) he only wanted to take what was german(so Austria, because it was german, parts of Poland because it was former german territory and germans were opressed in there, part of Czechoslovakia since a lot of germans were in Sudetenland, and parts of France as a revenge for WWI... so far it seems only logical, the countries which were attacked after that was either because of preventive strike(USSR) or because there was declaration of war from them(England and France, France was conquered because of that and because of revenge), or because of helping allies(USA)).
