Aleksib is a top 5 IGL in the tier one scene, never forget that he took ence almost single handedly to 2019 Katowice major FINALS and to Rank 2 in the world rankings. Won Blast Madrid and couple of more finals appearance at tier one events in 2019. Also took OG to break into top 10 twice and peak at Rank 6 in the world rankings, alongwith two finals in tier one events within the first year of the entire org. If u doubt it, just see the state of ence once he was removed

having watched the podcast and followed him for a long time, i agree, BUT, in ence's defence everything went to shit around them. even aleksib mentioned that the mental around them was really bad, aleksib mentioned in thoorin's interview that the ence camp was split into two even before aleksib departing, and aleksib leaving was the final nail on the coffin, adding the massive backlash and disgusting private messages they started receiving from the fanbase. the air around the team got dirty, and the whole environment seemed to have been really toxic all around tl;dr: the team turning into shit was a sum of a thousand factors, not just aleksib leaving. BUT again, don't want to take anything away from aleksib, he is a fantastic in-game leader and puts around massive amount of hours to provide the team with strats and all the useful info about the map and way the opposing team utilizes it

I don't think OG is going to make the necessary firepower upgrades to the lineup even if aleksib wanted them. It feels like the rest of the team knows that changes need to come and everybody except aleksib and valde are scared for their jobs essentially. No wonder they're in a slump. I would not sign for another 2 years if I was a top 5 igl stuck in this team. The org is coming off like a budget mouz with very little competitive instinct which is crazy considering they won back to back TIs in dota2.
