What felt like the most natural expansion strategy to me was to start vehicles so you can build amphibious cons and after securing all the nearby mexs grabbing the shipyard then sending out just a few subs and scout ships to keep the AI out of the water. After building up eco I prefer stacking lots of submarines to fend off T3 incursions rather than torp bombers since they're a bit cheaper and they're more survivable instead of taking random flak hits. I found it much easier to go cortex to clear the map with dragons retreating at 80% health and aircraft repair bays rather than waddling onshore with T-3.

Also another advantage of going subs rather than torp bombers is that if you end up fighting anything and take losses you can res or eat your own subs.

I would try flooding the oceans with T2 subs, also pretty funny dark green AI was sending you stuff despite his base being miles away and in contact with red and orange

this scenario is so grindy I'm glad you figured out that to stop titan spam in the water you need torp bombers. I lost so many times to a titan ball just running through my porc. This one took me so many hours to beat on brutal.

Honestly understandable, this was pretty hard. Nothing has pure, unadulterated alpha damage like a torpedo bomber! Good luck!

Stupid question - But i see that you have hotkey shortcuts showing on unit cards. How did you get these to show up? I'm using the default hotkey set up and nothing is clear on how to select anything, and it doesn't show on my UI - is there a setting I need to tick or are the hotkeys not set as default?

Great question, I use Grid Hotkeys. I'm not sure about how to to get that working with default though. Grid took a bit to get used to but it is SO nice.
