For the Steelers, I would personally take someone like kwon alexander or Pat Friermuth. Alex is an absolute dog, but he came in 6th for sacks last season with 14.5. Kwon was basically what kept our lb core together, and once he got hurt, we were getting torched by runningbacks. Muth didn't see much action because Canada refused to draw him into plays (he ran 87 routes the entire season out of the 241 snaps that he played) but when he got the ball, he absolutely lit it up.

ngl robert spillane had a monster year for raiders: 148 tackles, 2.5 sacks, 3 picks. Also could've picked any wr for green bay (except watson), and I feel like trey Hendrickson still gets looked over even though he finished top 3 in sacks

For the Lions my vote goes to Alim McNeil or Ifeatu Melifonwu. Alim was a monster on the interior and a huge reason the Lions run defense was so stout, along with underrated pass rush skills. Iffy only played a handful of games but still came up with 2 picks, a forced fumble and 5 sacks as a SAFETY and almost all in the last few games of the season. He is a baller and people are gonna know his name soon, as long as it is lol I don’t mind the JRey pick he is an incredible WR3, but I think our offense gets enough attention and nobody pays our defense any mind besides Hutch and maybe Branch

Conk is most definitely underrated, but the MOST underrated Jet is without a doubt DJ Reed. Takes on the opponent’s best receiver more often than not and can play fantastic coverage, man and zone. Our defense is so highly touted, and he’s a giant reason why. After Sauce, Quinnien, and maybe CJ he’s prolly the most important piece. If not Reed I’d still say Quincy Williams before Conk.

If you were to ask me who our most underrated player is, it probably would be JaQuan McMillan. He had a great season for a #2 corner, but doesn’t get talked about at all by anyone besides our fanbase. Marvin Mims also deserves some recognition, and he’s only a rookie. When his full potential is unlocked, I would describe him as the AFC’s version of Rashid Shaheed, I just wish he had more targets than what he got in 2023.

The reason Dak is hated is mainly due to one reason - the star on his helmet. When it comes to anyone like Jake Ferguson, Dak, Diggs (who’s quietly turned into one of the best after the 11 pick but burned a lot season), Demarcus Lawrence, etc they are all hated because they play for the most hated team with the most hated fanbase (in the most competitive fanbase division too)

Before this year I would’ve gone Justin Madubuike, but for obvious reasons (13 sacks, a pro bowl, and 2nd team all pro selection) he can no longer qualify for that. So with that, I respect the Likely pick, but I’d have to give it to Brandon Stephens. Going into the year I was saying someone in the corner room for Baltimore had to step up in order for this secondary to really be great (this was of course before Geno Stone had a breakout season as well). But Brandon Stephens did in a huge way, got his first couple picks of his career and I believe a career high of PBUs, and honestly at times looked better than Humphrey. With Ravens defense being so stacked this year, between the pass rush, the linebackers, and the rest of the secondary, I feel Brandon Stephens didn’t get talked about as much as he very much deserved.
